Where We Ship
We currently ship within Australia.
Domestic (Australia)
• Free standard shipping on orders over $149 AUD
• Flat rate: $9.95 for standard shipping under $100
• Express shipping: $14.95 flat rate
• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days
• Delivery usually takes 3-8 business days depending on location; please note regional/rural locations may take longer.
Discreet Packaging
Every order is shipped in unbranded, recyclable cardboard boxes—no logos, no product names, no giveaways. Even the product box itself is intentionally minimal and elegant (we’ve had people mistake it for a candle box—mission accomplished).
Processing Times
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Tracking Your Order
